All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Standard UK Delivery

Courier Services: Royal Mail, Evri, or similar tracked services
Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free delivery on orders over £75)

Express UK Delivery

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
Cost: Available at checkout (based on location and order size)

🌍 International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. For international requests, please contact our support team.

🐾 Delivery & Safe Drop

If you're not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe place or taken to your nearest collection point, depending on the courier’s policy.
